Take a stroll through our current exhibition: PARENTING: An Art without a Manual, as the museum is OPEN & FREE from 5pm to 9pm on Flicks nights. Then, grab a blanket and relax under the stars while you enjoy a free outdoor movie on Federal Hill Park, part of AVAM's critically-acclaimed, free outdoor film series, Flicks from the Hill.

Painted Rock Art Activity

At this free art activity, (while supplies last) spread kindness & smiles by painting a rock, then leave it somewhere for a stranger to find. This workshop takes place outside the museum's Zanvyl A. Krieger Main Building. Then stick around for the free screening of "Coraline" from Federal Hill Park, at 9pm.

Fun Run with Charm City Run

Lace up your running shoes and head to the American Visionary Art Museum (AVAM) for a FREE Fun Run presented by AVAM & Charm City Run! Enjoy this casual 3 to 5-mile jog through local neighborhoods before crossing the finish line at AVAM. Then stick around for the FREE Flicks from the Hill screening of "Coraline" starting at 9pm.
