A Flexible Indoor/Outdoor Space
Accommodate up to 130 guests seated or 250+ for cocktails in this historic venue. Available late March-Thanksgiving, this indoor/outdoor space comes with space heaters and fans. A pull-down screen is included, though all other A/V needs would be provided by your preferred vendor.

Add on the first floor of the Jim Rouse Visionary Center, for a special, large-scale, indoor/outdoor event!
RENTALS INCLUDE
Rentals include: up to a 5-hour event with 3 hours for set up and one hour for break down; venue manager and museum security; and tables, chairs, and access to designated exhibits for all of your guests. Set up may begin no earlier than 7am Monday - Friday and 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional event hours are $500/hr. Events on the JRVC 1st floor and plaza must begin after 5pm, with set up after 4pm, and conclude by 11pm (Fri & Sat) or 10pm (Sun-Thu). Ask about our special pricing for July/August & January/February events.
